THE SHORTER SCALE LENGTH GREATLY REDUCES THE STRING TENSION, THE FRETS ARE CLOSER TOGETHER WHICH MAKES COMPLICATED FINGER STRETCHES EASIER TO MANAGE AND I WAS ABLE TO GET THE ACTION GOOD AND LOW WITHOUT FRET BUZZ OR LOSS OF VOLUME. I’ve chosen Honduras Rosewood for the back and sides of this guitar. Honduras Rosewood is similar in tonal quality to brazilian rosewood and is traditionally used for marimba keys. When paired with the Stunning Bear Claw Engleman Spruce top you get those warm fat trebles with a strong bass response. Very lively and easy to play. a true gem of a Nylon STring guitar.
