one of our very good customers and players decided to upgrade this custom artisan for a brand new virtuoso. In the 2 years he has had this guitar it has opened up nicely. Acoustically the tone is rich and warm and with the oval hole and no cutaway this guitar is a cannon. The sides are tapered slightly for comfort and the aged and seasoned master grade flame maple with both heart and sapwood is GENUINELY unique and visually stunning. The macassar ebony headstock veneer, pickguard and tailpiece add a nice warmth to the look and the rope ellipse inlays on the fingerboard and the floral inlay on the headstock add a whimsical touch to the overall design. It was well cared for and is in near perfect condition and is a real bargain for someone looking for a really great acoustic archtop. This instrument originally listed for $13,000.00 so at $9,800.00 it is quite the deal.
